Alamos

Produced and bottled by Alamos, this is a Malbec that I am very familiar with, I have at-least a case of this brand. This is earthy and fruity. The source of the grapes used to make this great delicate Malbec is the lower eastern slopes of the Andes mountains in Mendoza. The Catena family has been making wine in this region for more than 100 years. I enjoyed this with my Lamb chops and local veggies at Disney's AMA AMA restaurant.

California moscato ?

Not too sweet like a European moscato, this is from California, I was not even aware that we make Moscato. I am still on my Malbec - the Mrs is drinking this Sutter Home from our own Napa Valley and she likes it.

Bodoni 2010 Malbec

Another fine Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina. As they claim Bodini is a wine built on dreams. The dream of those among the vines who work diligently in their sustainably-farmed high elevation vineyards. The winemaker Jose Lovaglio is a second generation and is ready to make a mark in the industry.

Honestly since I am a huge fan of Malbec and having experienced many brands and years that while this was good - I enjoy a little more fruity taste. This I am assuming was made in steel rather than wood barrels. Their website is www.vineconnections.com
